processes. CVD diamond is used for ultra precision cutting tools
(such as CVD indexable inserts, CVD boring tools, CVD reamers, CVD
milling tools and other non-stand tools ).

Description:
The CVD diamond produced by DC arc plasma jet system is light
yellow-green and translucent.
It is the pure diamond with polycrystalline structure, without any
metal and non-metallic agglomerant.
It has high transmission, high thermal conductivity and especially
high abrasion resistance. It is the best replacement of natural
diamond and synthetic diamond.
It is used for the processing environments where extreme high
abradability and reat dissipation is required.
